Does FastFee support EMI-based fee collection for online courses?

Yes. FastFee supports 2 to 24 EMI installment plans for online course fees. Each EMI has its own due date and WhatsApp reminder cycle. If a learner misses EMI 3 of 6, FastFee flags only that EMI in the defaulter list — it does not block the learner's course access until the platform decides to. Revenue recognition reports split collected vs outstanding fee per cohort.

Can FastFee integrate with edtech LMS platforms?

FastFee provides API endpoints and webhooks that connect with popular LMS platforms and CRMs. Student enrolment data can be synced from your LMS to FastFee for fee cycle setup. Payment events (collected, defaulted, refunded) can be pushed back to your LMS or CRM via webhooks. API documentation is available on request for enterprise integrations.
