At FastFee, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and global data protection standards, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To permanently delete your FastFee account, please follow these steps:

  • Email Us: Send an email to support@fastfee.in from the email address registered with your FastFee account.
  • Subject Line: Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Name / School Name]".
  • Include Details: In the email body, please include your registered mobile number and your role (Parent or School Administrator) to help us locate your account quickly.
  • Processing Time: After receiving a valid request, we will verify the request and process deletion or anonymization of eligible personal data within 30 days of verification, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?

  • Your login credentials will be permanently deactivated.
  • All personal identification information (PII) associated with your account will be erased from our active databases.
  • If you are a parent, you will no longer receive SMS, Email, or WhatsApp fee reminders.
  • Note: Financial transaction records (such as payment receipts) may be retained for a legally required period for tax and accounting compliance before being permanently destroyed.
