School Fee Software for Ahmedabad — CBSE & Gujarat Board Schools

For Ahmedabad CBSE and Gujarat State Board (GSEB) schools, commonly cited options include EduGradUP (₹9,000–₹23,000/yr, full ERP), Fedena (US$999–$1,699/yr), iVake (₹5–₹8/student/mo), MyClassboard (custom), and Entab CampusCare (custom) — all full school ERPs. FastFee is a collection-only layer: UPI AutoPay eNACH mandates that auto-debit parents on the due date, WhatsApp reminders sent automatically, flat annual subscription with no per-transaction percentage.

EduGradUP is a full school ERP at ₹9,000–₹23,000/year covering admissions, timetable, attendance, and fees. It suits Ahmedabad schools that need an all-in-one system. FastFee is purpose-built for fee collection: UPI AutoPay eNACH mandates that auto-debit parents without manual action, and WhatsApp reminders with embedded payment links. Ahmedabad schools with existing ERPs for school management often add FastFee specifically for collection automation.

GSEB (Gujarat State Education Board) affiliated schools follow state-regulated fee guidelines. CBSE schools in Ahmedabad have more fee autonomy. FastFee supports both: configurable fee heads per class, separate amounts for tuition/transport/activity, monthly and quarterly collection cycles. Schools with Gujarati medium and English medium sections can manage both from one FastFee account.

School fee services use SAC code 9992 (educational support services) for GST in Gujarat and across India. FastFee generates GST-compliant receipts with SAC 9992, school GSTIN, student details, fee head breakdown, and payment mode. Ahmedabad schools registered under GST can issue compliant receipts from FastFee directly.

Yes. Ahmedabad schools use Fedena, MasterSoft, Edunext, and Gujarat-market ERP vendors including Anand Nikethan and local custom systems. FastFee imports student data via CSV and handles collection automation: WhatsApp reminders with UPI links, eNACH mandates for recurring fees, pending-fee dashboard. It works alongside any ERP without replacing it.
